All I need for your portrait are some clear photographs of your pet, which you can send me via email. If you are local and for any reason can’t supply images, I offer a photography service at an additional cost.
Here are some tips on photographing your subject:
Your portrait photos need to:
Be clear, showing clearly your child or pet’s expression. The eyes, being the windows to the soul, are really important.
Be ones that you like and feel are typical of your subject.
Be plentiful if necessary. It doesn’t matter how many I receive as long as they are clear.
Be taken as close as reasonable. In the case of pets try to get down on your pet’s level.
A couple of other things …
Take photos over time to get the best shot of your pet or child’s face, as their mood may vary from day to day!
Avoid using a flash as it distorts colour and affects the eyes. Bright natural light is best.
If you prefer to post your images, postal address is: Flat 7/25 Pine Avenue, Elwood VIC 3184.
In the event that your beloved pet has passed, I am happy to work with whatever reference material you may have.
